Adults, All Levels

The ability to draw the human figure is an essential art form and vital to those who wish to continue to develop their observational drawing skills.

The Live Model Drawing Studio is an open studio for professional and emerging artists, students, and anyone interested in drawing the human form. The Live Model Drawing Open Studio is composed of a friendly, welcoming and very dedicated group of creative people. People work independently and at their own level of experience. While no formal instruction is provided, support and encouragement is given. The open studio format is designed to work progressively from gestures through to longer poses. A variety of male and female models with different body shapes and ages are booked for the Open Studio.

Updates

Effective immediately, you will no longer need to register with the box office prior to attending the studio. Instead, all participants will be required to purchase a drop-in pass to hold their spot, either in person at box office, over the phone, or through our website.

For those who hold a monthly or yearly membership, you will still need to “purchase” a drop-in ticket; however, this ticket will be discounted to zero during the checkout process. This means that while members will complete the same process, there will be no cost associated with securing your spot while in the membership period.

Drop-in passes are non-refundable, so please ensure you can attend before completing your purchase, so everyone has a chance to enjoy the studio.
