To meet with our Rentals Manager, tour the facilities, and inquire about bookings, please contact us to arrange a meeting in advance. We may not be able to accommodate walk-ins.
Booking Policies
Direct Booking Challenge Policy (No Prior Hold)
If a new rental inquiry seeks to directly book a date within the buffer period of an existing similar act’s hold, a Direct Booking Challenge will be initiated.
The group with the current hold will be notified by email that their hold is being challenged.
Both the existing hold and the challenger will be given two (2) business days to respond and prepare to submit a deposit.
After the two-business-day period, both groups may submit their deposit.
The deposit window opens at 12:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on the specified date.
Deposits will not be accepted before this time.
The first group to successfully submit their deposit at or after 12:00 PM PT will secure the date.
