The Chilliwack Cultural Centre is Chilliwack’s home for artistic discovery and exploration; with two performance theatres, art galleries, 21 music studios, and four arts and craft studios, we present, champion, and celebrate creativity in all forms on the territory of the Stó:lō Coast Salish People. Shades of Identity: Stories of immigration, Liberation and Love

Los Angeles-based dance company, Bernard Brown/bbmoves, makes its Canadian debut with this breath-taking dance show. Known for their thought-provoking choreography and visceral performances, bbmoves was formed in 2015, inspired by the social justice movements from both past and present. Their founder, activist and choreographer Bernard Brown, uses dance to highlight current cultural themes and as a conduit for marginalized voices. Shades of Identity invites audiences to grapple with poignant themes such as migration, belonging and freedom in a rapidly changing world.

The Art of Halloween

The Art of Halloween is a lively celebration of music and creativity, benefitting the Chilliwack Arts & Cultural Centre Society. The evening kicks off with cocktails at 6:30 PM, followed by an enchanting cabaret performance by The Valley Babes. Guests can enjoy delicious pizza during intermission and participate in a costume contest, with a chance to win two tickets to Josephine and a $100 Bow & Stern gift certificate. The night concludes with a final performance by The Valley Babes and a DJ-led dance party, ending around 10:00 PM. Join us for a night filled with festive fun and artistic expression!

Lennon & McCartney – All You Need is Love

Dive into the world of John Lennon and Paul McCartney, two of the most iconic and influential songwriters of all time, with “Lennon & McCartney: In Their Own Words and Music.” This extraordinary live tribute, featuring acclaimed performers Michael Sicoly and Mick Dalla-Vee, brings the legacy of these two musical giants to life in an immersive Rockumentary experience.

More than just a concert, this tribute reveals the wit, charm, and depth of Lennon and McCartney’s partnership. Their songs—timeless, poignant, and packed with devil-may-care humour—come alive in this compelling live production.

The Chilliwack Metropolitan Orchestra invites you to an afternoon of music celebrating the incredible composers of Canada with True North. Dedicated to performing high quality symphony concerts for the Fraser Valley, the CMO has once again prepared another excellent concert with music and stunning visuals from coast to coast! Explore what Canada has to offer with pieces from Godfrey Ridout and Christopher Tyler Nickel. Featuring skilled saxophonist Julia Nolan for a special appearance in Hintersteininger’s Concerto for Saxophone, this concert invites you to celebrate the sights and sounds of Canada!

CLASSES


The Centre offers a diverse range of art classes for all ages. From pottery to photography to painting and even jewellery making, these fantastic classes are sure to inspire you. Open studios also offer a space to hone your skills in flamework, drawing and painting, and on the wheel or hand building in Clay


GALLERY

The Chilliwack Visual Artists Association (CVAA) curates the Odlum Brown Art Gallery at the Chilliwack Cultural Centre. A non-profit, the CVAA is a volunteer driven organization of local artists working and exhibiting together to encourage the appreciation of the visual arts in the community.
