Join us in honoring Indigenous Peoples Day with Rooted Waters & Cultural Showcase— a powerful celebration of Indigenous culture, history, and art.

What to Expect:

4–6 PM | Indigenous Vendor Marketplace & Food Trucks

6 PM | Ticketed Theatre Performance
– Rooted Waters Screening: A moving video storytelling project highlighting the nine Indigenous nations connected to Chilliwack
– Live Puppeteer Performance: The Indigenous Sturgeon Story, as part of the Travels with Salmon Story

7–8 PM | More food, vendors, and community connections
– Live art and traditional wood carving
– Food trucks featuring Indigenous and local cuisine
– Artisan crafts, handmade goods, and cultural treasures

This is a family-friendly, community event. All are welcome to attend and support Indigenous culture, artists, and businesses. The Theatre portion is TICKET ONLY
