Adult ballet classes offer a welcoming environment to learn or refresh fundamental ballet techniques, focusing on foundational steps, posture, alignment, and flexibility without the pressure of performing at a professional level. Classes typically involve barre exercises, slow centre work, and gentle stretching, gradually building into simple combinations and movements across the floor. The primary goals are to improve physical and mental well-being, cultivate grace and power, and provide a joyful way to move, regardless of age or prior dance experience.
