The Chilliwack Cultural Centre is located at 9201 Corbould Street. You can find the Box Office when you
enter through the main doors of the Centre.

Your tickets can be emailed, mailed, or placed at “will cal” ready for pick up at the Centre Box Office.

You can select a mailing option online or tell your ticket sales agent over the phone that you would like
them mailed. There is a $1.00 mailing fee. Please note that we cannot guarantee arrival times.

We are pleased to offer physical gift certificates in both $20.00 and $50.00 denominations.

Due to regulations and for safety, every individual entering the theatre (regardless of age) must have a
ticket. While in most cases infant tickets are free this is not always the case and is at the discretion of
the rental client. Please note that strollers are not permitted inside the theatres.

Tickets and class registrations are non-refundable.

As soon as we are aware of any cancellation or postponements we will call and email you. Options
related to a cancelled or postponed show vary, and will be communicated to you once these options
have been determined.
