Don’t miss out on this avant-garde performance that brings music and dance together unlike anything before. \nIn the trajectory of Marie Chouinard\, The Rite of Spring occupies a special place. Choosing to revisit this powerful hymn to life\, the choreographer creates her first work based on a musical score. Igor Stravinsky’s The Rite of Spring explores a New World in its own way and marks the entry of dance into modernity. Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun is poetry for the theatre\, as Marie Chouinard reimagines this classic Debussy piece with a new score and her own powerful choreography. Marie Chouinard finds in this avant-garde work an original pulsation in resonance with her own gestures.
