As an artist Stephanie started out interested in textiles. This interest eventually grew to include mixed-media, acrylic painting, and watercolours. She brings this skill and diversity to her art instruction where she has inspired emerging artists in the community since 2002.

Stephanie loves working with various groups of learners because of the unique expression and reactions that can only happen in a creative space. Her background includes years of experience as an independent instructor for private art classes, community groups, group painting events, and in the school district.
