   Authors, poets, playwrights who have produced an exceptional work.  Individual or writing team.
7. Emerging Artist of the Year: Honoring talented and promising artists at the early stages of their careers and have shown significant potential in their chosen artistic discipline, in any artistic category.  Individual or group.
8. Arts Education Champion Award: Recognizing individuals, schools, or organizations that have made notable efforts to promote and advance arts education, emphasizing the importance of creativity and artistic expression in learning.  Individual or group.
9. Cultural Achievement Award: Recognizing efforts to preserve and promote cultural heritage, or promote the broadening of cultural traditions through artistic endeavors, ie art, music, comedy, drama, dance, traditional crafts, or storytelling.  Individual or group.
